How long will it take me to complete the reset?

21 Days!  This program is designed to do together as a community.  Each day you will get an email with a 5-15 minute activity for either your brain, mindfulness, movement or nutrition.  Every Sunday we come together on a live Zoom call to share our questions and experiences in a community of women.  

Is this challenge good for women in perimenopause or menopause?

BOTH AND MORE!  Everything inside this program supports midlife (ages 35-70) hormonal changes, stress, metabolism, brain health and energy.

Do I need equipment? I haven’t exercised in a long time — will I be okay?

Minimal or no equipment needed for the workouts. 

Absolutely. Workouts are 15 minutes and many options are given from beginner-friendly level to full impact.  You choose your moves! 

Is the nutrition restrictive?

Nope. No dieting, no calorie counting, no shame. Just smart, midlife-friendly food education.
