Hi there, I'm Victoria! Author of the LET GO ebook and Relieve Overwhelm Workbook, Founder of MYRECREO.HEALTH an online wellness platform for women 40+ and one of the voices behind the Let's Relieve Regret Podcast.

The practice of letting go paired with the healing of self-reflection, joyful movement and brain fitness entered into my life at a pivotal time. I discovered the true impact it can have on the how I connect to myself and the world around me, ultimately giving me more control over the outcome of my life. I discovered the power of small and slow solutions that are science based to truly guide my brain, body and mind to change my patterns.  I easily created the changes I needed in my life. One step at a time the journey became exciting and joyful.  I learned to drop the habits of worry and overwhelm and to naturally improve my self-confidence and self-worth.  I'm determined to bring these solutions to as many women as possible.

If I'm not hosting online wellness classes on the myrecreo.health platform or working with clients 1:1 to retrain their subconscious to guide them towards their best life,  then you can most likely find me taking a long walk in the beaches in Toronto or getting lost in a good read with a cup of tea. 

Life can be worry-free and joyful.
